What cases are taken
The six areas below are where most of the cases actually handled are concentrated. The number of cases in each area is taken from an external tally based on a judgment database (Elfind). It counts by area the 198 verified cases from November 2019 to June 2025, and because one case can fall under two areas, the total comes to more than 198. If you are not sure where your case belongs, you can just call and ask.
Criminal defense
When you have been contacted by the police or prosecution
Cases are taken from the moment a request to appear is received. What you say and do not say during questioning is hard to undo later. The direction of the statement is organized first, and if necessary, the lawyer attends the questioning. The registered specialty is criminal law, and criminal cases are the most common among the cases handled.
Sex crimes and assault
When you have been sued or want to file a complaint
Handling assault, threats, insult, and sex crime cases. In such cases, the other party's statement and the records of that day are practically everything, so what to secure first from remaining messages and call logs is the priority. Whether to settle or fight also needs to be decided early. Among the cases handled, there are 54 assault, threat, and insult cases and 9 sex crime cases.
Traffic and drunk driving
When you have had an accident or been caught in a drunk driving crackdown
Handling traffic accidents, drunk driving, and refusal of a breath alcohol test cases. The criminal procedure, license disposition, and settlement of damages with the insurance company each proceed separately, so many people miss deadlines by looking at only one. The order of which procedure ends when is sorted out first. Among the cases handled, there are 33 traffic cases.
Theft and fraud
When you are under investigation for a property crime or have suffered damage
Handling property crimes such as theft, fraud, and embezzlement on both the suspect's side and the complainant's side. If you are the victim, the criminal complaint and the procedure to get your money back must be considered together, and there are cases where you need to check whether the debt is not discharged, such as when the other party has filed for individual rehabilitation. Among the cases handled, there are 30 theft and fraud cases.
Damages and financial disputes
When you have not been paid or have to compensate for damage
Handling disputes involving money, such as loans, breach of contract, and damages from accidents. The scope of what can be claimed, the remaining limitation period, and whether the other party actually has assets to collect are checked first. Among the cases handled, there are 61 financial and damages cases and 36 general civil cases, which is the most after criminal cases.
Real estate and leases
Deposit, contract renewal, and eviction issues
Handling cases where the deposit is not returned, disputes over renewal or eviction, and cases where a sale contract has gone wrong. In leases, deadlines are set for each procedure, so what must be done by when greatly affects the outcome. Among the cases handled, there are 12 real estate and lease cases.
