How much is a consultation?
A 15-minute phone consultation is ₩25,000, and a 30-minute consultation at the office is ₩50,000. These are the only two published prices.
Is there a charge for the first consultation?

When is the office open?
Monday to Friday 09:00-21:00, and Sunday 14:00-19:00. Closed on Saturdays and public holidays. If you cannot get away during the day, you can come in the evening or on Sunday.
Where is the office?
Room 405 of the Cheongwoo Building, in front of the main gate of the Daejeon District Court, in Dunsan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. It is a 325m walk from Exit 5 of City Hall Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1.
Can I get a consultation if I do not speak Korean?
Consultations are held only in Korean or English. This site can be read in nine languages, but that is a translation to make reading easier. If you need an interpreter, please ask the office first on +82-10-9690-9805.

Book a consultationWhat should I have ready when I call?
Any documents you have received (a criminal complaint, a request to appear, a notice of a decision, a statement of claim, a judgment and so on), the date things happened, and the name of the agency that contacted you. A consultation is still possible if you have none of these.
